PFPC Global is committed to your privacy. This means that we use your data for our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Only share this information if necessary to provide our service or if we are legally obliged to do so. Of course we also have a commercial interest, but we comply with the applicable privacy legislation.

What data do we process from you?

    If you want to be kept informed about our services, you can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. We ask for your e-mail address. We work with a double opt-in. This means that you will receive a confirmation email at the specified email address. Only after you have confirmed your registration will you be added to the mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can do this by unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of the mail.

Special personal data

We do not process any special personal data, such as data relating to political opinions, religious beliefs or health.

Storage of your personal data

Your personal data will not be kept by our website longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Your rights in respect of personal data processed by us

You do this by submitting a (preferably written) request via the contact details in this privacy statement. Before we grant your request, we will first identify you on the basis of a valid identity document.

    You can always ask what personal data is processed by our website, for what purpose and for how long it will be stored. There may be a legal basis that prevents us from responding to your request, and we will review and inform you of this.
  • Right of rectification
    If you believe that certain data have not been processed correctly, you have the right to request the rectification of these data.
  • Right to erasure (right to ‘forgetfulness’)
    If you would like your personal data to be deleted, you can submit a request to this effect.
  • Right to restrict processing
    f you wish to limit the processing of personal data by our website (pending the rectification of your personal data requested by you, an objection to processing or because you do not want data to be deleted despite the fact that the processing is unlawful), you can submit a request to this effect.
  • Right to transferability of data
    If your personal data are no longer used for the maintenance and invoicing of your account and you wish to transfer this personal data to another service provider, you can submit a request to this effect.

Possible restrictions on the exercise of your rights

Our website makes every effort to comply with your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. However, these rights may conflict with other legal provisions. If, for this reason, we are not able to comply with one of the aforementioned requests.
